The 3rd Annual Ottawa Reggae Festival is Coming!

July 8th, 2010 – Ottawa

The 3rd Annual Ottawa Reggae Festival is coming to Le Breton Flats Park in the heart of Ottawa, Canada on August 20-22, 2010!

Festival organizers are putting the finishing touches on the planning of this years’ show which promises to be as outstanding as previous years’ staging.  “We’re focusing on families and a musical offering for everyone to enjoy,” said Benjamin Williams, Ottawa Reggae Festival President, “and making sure our packaging is appealing to all age groups, not just the younger generation.”

Recognised as one of the best Reggae Festivals in Canada, this years’ production will maintain the bar with artists’ Sean Paul, Barrington Levy, Lutan Fyah, Biggie Irie, Kymani Marley, Tarrus Riley and Suga Roy & Conrad Crystal as headliners for the show.  Regional artists such as Ammoye, Donna Makeda and Uncle Jonny will also fill the stage on Friday evening which showcases Canada’s exceptional musical talent.

Drawing on the strength of the volunteers who come from all walks of life and all ethnic backgrounds, the support of the community including the City of Ottawa, Province of Ontario and the Government of Canada, this years’ festival promises to be outstanding!
