Toronto Music Summit Highlights Emerging Talent

Are you an emerging artist who doesn’t know where to start in the music industry, a student studying in the entertainment industry or just a professional who wants to network? Join us on May 26th from 10am-3pm at the Fairmont Royal York (100 Front Street West, Toronto, Ontario) for the Toronto International Music Summit a conference for the independent emerging artists to learn more about the music business, understand how to develop their careers and network with industry professionals.

The 2012 TorontoIMS conference will be guided by four key areas. Music business experts will share their insights in; Music Training, Marketing & Branding, Understanding the Music Business and mentorship for emerging Artists. Attending the event will be music industry professionals, executives and various companies to provide their expertise - combining information and intensive conference sessions.

The conference will be followed by live performances at Hard Rock Cafe (279 Yonge Street) from the top indie artists who are honoured for their artistry and fan devotion. This is an event where emerging Canadian artists of the music scene are being scouted!

Proceeds will be donated to MusiCounts non-profit organization to support music programs for kids across Canada.
