Razor B Gives Fans a December to Remember!

OG Entertainment recording artist, Razor B made December the month for his fans to remember as he performed on stages across Jamaica, appeared on television in England and Jamaica, and connected with fans on radio in Jamaica, Atlanta, The Cayman Islands and Bermuda!

“It was a whirlwind” said Razor B from his home in Toronto.  “I was blessed with the opportunity to do back to back shows which gave me a chance to interact with my fans.  They felt my energy and it was great!”

From the poster signing for the Sting launch on December 3rd, to the Claro Community Fair on December 27th, Razor proved he has the full package for promoter and fans alike as he covered the stages for several shows.  Adding to his impact, Razor appeared on Bess FM (Jamaica), Radio Cayman (Cayman Islands), WorldLynkzradio (Washington DC), Linkage Radio (Bermuda) and more, allowing the artist to connect with fans in between shows.

Rounding out his media appearances, Razor B appeared on Hype TV and BBC, and was featured in several newsprint outlets across the island.

Since the release of the song “Hot Girls to the Ring,” and the follow up release in “We Party,” Razor B’s Dancehall prominence continues to build.  “I’ve been playing Razor B’s songs since they first came out” said Zip FM’s hot DJ, Zip Jock Elektra.  “People immediately love it; they’re good songs!”  This sentiment has been echoed by Jah Prince from Atlanta who interviewed Razor B on his radio show ‘Sunsplash Mix Show’ which was widely popular with the DJ’s listening audience in Atlanta.

In his hometown of Toronto, popular radio jock Ron Nelson said “Razor has a bright future.  He’s one of the best talents representing Toronto and Canada!”

Coming up for Razor B; shooting the music video for “We Party,” and the release of a Soca infused track which comes just in time for the Carnival season!  Click on the song title below to preview / download!

♣ HOTTT New Dancehall! ♣ Razor B - We Party!

Greetings!

What's the one thing we can all agree to do
when we go out to a club, fete or event?!  We
Party!

Dancehall artist Razor B slows down the pace
and embraces the synthesized Hip Hop flavour
as he DJ's about the sights and sounds in the
party when he rolls through in the song "We
Party!"

With a catchy punchline, it's easy for listeners
and dancers to sing along as they raise their
hands in the air.  Speaking of which, Team Razor
B tells me that the song was pre-released in
Jamaica and is receiving GREAT feedback from
disc jocks and fans alike!

Broadcasting at 320kbps, catch Razor B and the
chune "We Party" here:

Canada Wide Music Charts - Week Ending November 5th, 2010

Canada Wide Music Charts
Week Ending November 5th, 2010
Compiled by L3 Publicity

Much to the surprise of artists, managers and fans alike, there were no chart changes for this week’s charts!  All artists retain the same position as they did last week.  We were given some incite from DJ’s on the west coast (Vancouver and Alberta) who have a few new artists they’ll be introducing to the charts next week.  Who will it be?!  We have to wait and see!

Please note:  A song becomes a new entry if voted in by the DJ’s.

The charts are compiled by votes from Radio personalities in Vancouver, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia (the equivalent of saying California to New York).  Each DJ’s vote carries a weight of 60% of a songs ranking on the charts.  After the DJ’s cast their votes, voting is then opened to artists, managers and fans which holds a weight of 40% of the songs ranking on the charts.

Below are the charts for each genre for the week ending November 5th, 2010.  If you have any questions, send us an e-mail!

Canada Wide Music Charts - Week Ending October 29th, 2010

Canada’s music movers continue to make changes to the music charts which shows that a secure position this week can change in the next week.  Case in point is Beenie Man ft. Future Fambo and the song “Rum and Redbull.”  That song was non-existent on the charts last week, and this week makes a debut at #2, putting all other songs in disarray.

Romain Virgo’s “Dark Skin Girl” made nice strides affecting Odel Johnson’s #2 claim, as did T.I. ft. Chris Brown and the song “Get Back Up” which debuts on the R&B charts at the #2 position.

Please note:  A song becomes a new entry if voted in by the DJ’s.
