Don Corleon's Message Riddim

There is a popular saying that 'the message is in the music,' and that saying was made for the 'Message Riddim' produced by Don Corleon for Don Corleon Reocrds.

Featuring Da Professor, Cecile, Vybz Kartel, Jah Vinci, Kymani Marley, Richie Spice, Pressure, Protoje, Sophia Squire, Vital and IKaya, each song carries a message for listeners.  Each Message is designed to sooth the heart (if it's in pain), uplift the spirit (if it's down trodden) and tickle the consciousness (if it's sleeping).

Lyrics such as "They say Word is power that means I'm powerful with every note I utter" (from Cecile's song "Rise Up") and "Once we have Jah's love, then nothing is greater ..." (from Pressure's song "Jah Love") examplify the spirit and energy of this riddim.

DJ Karim Presents: Kimanda Cunningham - My Baby!

Team L3 just spent a week in sunny and hot Jamaica, and have sooooo much to share with you!  From new talent, to new music to new information; there is just so much to tell you so I’ll do it by breaking it down into pieces.

Piece number 1 … Kimanda Cunningham!  This is an artist I want you to keep your eye on, and ear open to, as she is a serious talent on her way up. 

You may know her as being a contestant on the show Digicel Rising Stars.  We met up with Kimanda at the studio where she was recording with Busy Signal.  Musically, we’d like to introduce you to Kimanda via DJ Karim’s Sudden Change Riddim.

The name of Kimanda’s chune is “My Baby.”  Pree the lyrics:
